A standard piece of Scuba Equipment that the majority of divers choose not to wear is the snorkel. Although it has a very practical use at the surface, underwater they hold no value, and sometimes can even create un-needed drag, and can even be an entanglement hazard on certain types of dives. In this video, Instructor Trainer Bryan Stafford shows us his personal snorkels, and even gives us a demonstration of how he uses them while scuba diving.
